Steven K M Loh
Managing Director
Steven
has valued real estate interests in New Zealand, Singapore and the Asean
region for over 3 decades. A
past president of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers, he
has also sat on various committees charged with legislating,
regulating and developing the real estate industry.
An
NZ Colombo Plan scholar, he began his
professional career in the Property Tax Department, Inland Revenue Service
of Singapore. Since 1981, Mr
Loh has continued in private practice, advising real estate financing, joint
ventures, taxation, property development, public housing, investment, public
listings, mergers and acquisitions, feasibility/viability studies and town
planning appeals.
